This spacious apartment is located on the first floor of a typical Ligurian house with a large private terrace. It is surrounded by greenery and lies near the beach. The apartment is situated in a small village outside of Levanto, which has an interesting historic center with many beautifully painted houses, a lovely market on Wednesdays and a wide array of restaurants, cafes and shops. There is a pool and a diving center on the beach. It is possible to rent boats, pedal boats, canoes and surfboards here as well. Levanto is a great location, especially for surfers. With good surfing weather, surfers come here from all over Europe to show off their spectacular skills! The best time to visit is the second half of July as delightful weather is assured and it is at this time (23-24-25 July) that the Feast of San Giacomo is held. With its medieval scenes, thrilling torch rides through the city at night, fireworks on the beach, fair and music events, this is one event that should not be missed!
